To use the scale accurately, it's important to keep it horizontal, both when starting and during the weighing process. This will maintain the weighing balance and provide you with accurate readings.

To set the target value, press the U/SET button for a longer time to enter the target value setting mode. You can then short-press the two buttons to change the target value, and finally, press U/SET for a longer time to finish the setting. The LCD will display a red value when the weight exceeds the target.

The weight data will remain on the scale after you put your luggage down, as the scale holds the data for a few seconds.

If the scale won't turn on or displays "LO" or "Err," it could mean that the load is beyond the maximum weight capacity (Err) or that the battery is low (LO). We suggest replacing the battery, and if the issue persists, please reach out to us for a satisfactory solution.
