The VeSync app will display "disconnected" constantly for a good reason. The scale is designed to power off 20 seconds after showing your body metrics, in order to conserve energy. During this time, the app will indicate the scale is disconnected. To reconnect, simply turn the scale back on and open the VeSync app.

Utilizing the smart scale can accommodate multiple users in two ways. Firstly, users can create separate VeSync accounts, with the limitation that only 5 VeSync accounts can be paired with the scale at a time. Alternatively, users can share a single VeSync account and create individual user profiles within it. This allows all users to log in to the same account (using their own smartphones) without requiring others to log out.

Updating the scale's firmware is a straightforward process. First, ensure your phone's Bluetooth is enabled. Then, activate the scale. Open the VeSync app and select the scale icon to navigate to the device page. After a few seconds, a Bluetooth icon should appear in blue on the scale's display, indicating a successful connection. Follow the in-app instructions to complete the firmware update. Avoid letting the scale's display turn off during the connection or update process.

The VeSync app is compatible with iOS 12.0+ or Android 6.0+. Please note that the provided image does not include an iPhone or Apple Watch. Additionally, while the smart scale can sync body weight data to MyFitnessPal, it does not allow syncing of all data to the VeSync app. Pregnant individuals or those using medical electronic equipment, such as a pacemaker, should consult a healthcare professional before using the smart scale.
